TAKE NOTICE that under the provisions of Section 399A of the Crimes Act 1958 an accused person who has bee committed for trial is not entitled at his trial, without leave of the Court, to establish an alibi unless he gives notice of particulars of the alibi either during or at the end of the committal proceedings or to the state director ofthe Public Prosecutions with in ten days after his committal.
